Crystal Green Service

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Lawn Service

Mowed at the right height for the season, edged tight, walks blown clean, gates latched. Same crew, same morning every week.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing tuned to Phoenix overseed cycles — winter rye stays at 2.5", Bermuda transitions trimmed low for green-up. Sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before we leave. The point of weekly is that the lawn never looks like it needs us.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp lines along beds, walks, and driveways. String-trim around fences, palms, citrus trees, and the corners a mower can’t reach.

Power-edged borders that hold their line for the full week, careful trim work around irrigation valve boxes, palm bases, citrus, and decorative gravel. Final pass with the blower so nothing carries onto the patio or into the pool.

  • Desert Landscaping

Xeriscape installs, decorative gravel refresh, agave and saguaro placement, drip lines that actually reach the roots.

Low-water yards designed for the Sonoran climate — granite and river-rock fields, accent boulders, native plant placement (agave, ocotillo, palo verde, brittlebush), and drip irrigation laid before the rock goes down. We pull weed cloth taut, set emitters at the drip line, and leave you a zone map.

  • Irrigation & Drip Repair

Heads, valves, drip emitters, busted lateral lines. We find the leak, fix it, and program the controller for monsoon and summer heat.

Spring start-up and seasonal scheduling, rotor and spray-head replacement, pressure-regulated drip retrofits, controller programming (Hunter, Rain Bird, Hydrawise), and broken-line excavation. Every visit ends with a walk-through so you see every zone do what it should.

  • Property Cleanups

Move-out yards, post-monsoon debris, foreclosure cleanouts, and tenant-turn refreshes. The job nobody else wants — done in a day.

A specialty most landscapers don’t offer. Post-storm palm-frond and debris haul-off, monsoon root-ball cleanup, foreclosure and tenant-turn full-property resets (yard plus exterior cleanup), HOA letter compliance, vacant-lot weed-out. We bring the trailer, the dumpster, and the crew that doesn’t flinch at the scope.

  • Bed & Granite Refresh

Hand-pull the weeds the gravel didn’t stop, top-dress with fresh decomposed granite, prune the shrubs that came back too thick.

Phoenix beds need a different rhythm — granite settles, weed cloth fails, monsoon brings volunteers. We hand-pull (no glyphosate near edibles unless asked), top-dress with matching ½" or ¾" decomposed granite, and seasonal-prune oleander, bougainvillea, lantana, and sage on their own clocks.

  • Pavers & Hardscape

Pavers, flagstone walks, dry-stack retaining walls. Done on a real base so they don’t heave when the ground moves.

Concrete pavers and natural flagstone, set on properly compacted base with geotextile underlayment and polymeric sand. We do the boring foundational work right so the surface stays level a decade later — even with Phoenix soil expansion and contraction.

  • Palm & Citrus Care

Date palm skinning, fan palm trims, citrus thinning, mesquite shaping. Cleaned up and hauled — no piles left at the curb.

Date palm skinning to the trunk, fan palm frond removal, citrus canopy thinning for fruit access, and mesquite/palo verde shaping for clearance. We rake the litter, haul the debris, and never leave a curb pile that the HOA will write you up for.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
